Upload featured SHC events to your personal calendar

We've made it easy to add the dates and times for these events sponsored by the Schreyer Honors College to your personal calendar (i.e., Outlook or Google Calendar). Once added to your calendar, you can easily keep track of and set reminders for:

• lectures by prominent speakers, including:
  • CNN terror analyst Peter Bergen,
  • Hofstra University professor of presidential studies Dr. Meena Bose '90 Lib, and
  • internationally acclaimed "Hotel Rwanda" hero Paul Rusesabagina;
• Social Justice Film Series and moderated post-film discussions; and
• Simmons-Atherton Hall Social Hours (SASHs).

Using Google Calendar

1. If you do not already have a Google account, follow Google's instructions for setting up an account here.
2. Go to www.google.com/calendar and log in if needed.
3. Click the "Add" button and choose "Add a public calendar."



4. In the page that comes up, type "Schreyer Honors College" and press Enter.
5. Click the "Add to Calendar" button. The calendar should now be added.

Using Outlook 2007

1. Click this link to calendar.ics and when prompted by your browser, choose to open the file. This should open the calendar in Outlook.

Using other calendar programs

You can likely import the calendar.ics file into your calendar program. Please consult your software documentation for instructions.
